It was Saturday afternoon and my brother Alex and I were going to our cousin’s house. We are going to make double chocolate cookies with my cousin Matthew. I went to the cupboard to help get some items while Matthew turned the oven on. We made the cookies. After 10 minutes, the first pan was ready and Matthew put them on the counter to cool. I went to wash my hands and the one pan is in oven the first pan has no cookies! It was empty….what a surprise! I call my cousins Adam,David, and my brother Alex to look at their hands. If their hands were messy with chocolate I would find out who ate the cookies. Alex and Adam were smiling and laughing. Their hands were clean, but they looked guilty! I put the other pan of cookies in front of them and they took only one. They always take five! I knew they were full. They laughed and told me that they did it!

My cousin Matthew wanted to take me to the Dumbo movie. The movie was being shown at the Old Movie House Theatre in Edmonton. It was the first night it was playing. I was so excited to go to the movie and see it on a large screen. Matthew just got his driver’s license and picked me up at 1:00. When we walked in through the glass doors we saw a ticket man. He was wearing a blue uniform. We bought our tickets popcorn and pop. He told us to go up the curved staircase where Dumbo was playing. We were so excited we ran up the curved stairs!
It was Sunday and I had my first soccer game. My mom drove my brother Alex and me to Servus Place. Alex got hungry and went to buy french fries with vinegar. He started to eat them in the stands. He ate one and the vinegar was too sharp and hot his mouth was on fire! He yelled so loud the whole building heard! The game stopped everyone looks at Alex. My mom ran to get milk. She came with milk and she tripped and the milk splashed Alex face put the fire out.
